Born and raised in the city of rhythm and blues, New Orleans, Louisiana. Jada’s life is dedicated to connecting with people and building relationships. Especially over food! There’s nothing like sitting down with people and having a good bowl of gumbo, topped with hot sauce and some corn bread! That’s how theatre looks in Jada’s world.

When Jada received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Texas State University, She realized that as a Black actor, not only is she fighting for her story to be told, but for her ancestors, and the black community that still fights to be heard and understood daily.

Jada’s focus continues in the Acting program at the University of California San Diego. She plans to master the integration of her blackness and her acting process so that she is able to honor audiences with truth.
